We offer flexible payment options, allowing our fee to be deducted from your commission at settlement or billed to you directly—whichever works best for you. Our rates are so affordable, you’ll barely notice the difference!

In the event that the contract falls thru and cannot be salvaged, the agent will owe no additional fees.

BUYER CONTRACTS

  • Personalized email signature branded to you

  • Send intro emails to your buyer, the coop agent, the lender, and title/closing attorney

  • CC you on all correspondence

  • Schedule inspections

  • Check your file for compliance and upload to your brokerage

  • Ensure earnest money / DD fee / option fee is received

  • Send copies of EMD/DD/etc to lender and list agent

  • Track loan and appraisal

  • Ensure appraisal repairs and/or repair amendment repairs have been completed

  • Order home warranty

  • Gather utility information and send to buyer

  • Coordinate closing

  • Coordinate final walk through

  • Request settlement statement for review

  • Ensure any final disclosures are completed

  • Recheck / final audit of file before submission to brokerage

SELLER CONTRACTS

  • CC you on all correspondence

  • Coordinate inspections

  • Ensure earnest money / DD fee / option fee was deposited

  • Request settlement statement for review

  • Ensure any final disclosures are completed
