PRE-LISTING SERVICES

Listings are incredibly valuable; however, the initial setup can be quite time-consuming. From preparing listing documents and securing signatures to completing disclosures and managing the MLS input, it can take up a significant amount of your time. Let us help lighten your load! Just fill out the form below, and we’ll take care of the details for you, including:

Compliance/Docs Only $99

1. Initiate the file in the agent’s document management system (such as Dotloop, Docusign, Zipforms, Remine, etc.).

2. Prepare all necessary listing documents (including the listing agreement and disclosures) for your review.

3. Send property disclosures to the seller for electronic completion. If your system doesn’t support this, we have alternative options available.

4. Once approved by the agent, obtain signatures from the seller, including the completed disclosures.

5. Follow up to ensure that all documents are accurately completed.

6. Review all documents for accuracy and completeness.

7. Upload the documents to your brokerage compliance platform and initiate the file if required.

Full Service $199

1. Initiate the file in the agent’s document management system (such as Dotloop, Docusign, Zipforms, Remine, etc.).

2. Prepare all necessary listing documents (including the listing agreement and disclosures) for your review.

3. Send property disclosures to the seller for electronic completion. If your system doesn’t support this feature, we have alternative solutions available.

4. After receiving agent approval, secure signatures from the seller, including the completed disclosures.

5. Send a “welcome” email to the seller, introducing our team and preparing them for the process ahead.

6. Provide the seller with the MLS input form for their electronic completion.

7. Follow up to ensure that all documents are completed accurately.

8. Review all documents for precision and completeness.

9. Order and coordinate photography upon request.

10. Gather HOA information and documents, if applicable.

11. Upload documents to your brokerage compliance platform and initiate the file if necessary.

12. Upload disclosures to the MLS.

13. Complete MLS data entry based on the form provided by the seller .

14. Upload and arrange photos in an appealing order.

15. Set up a showing service if needed.

16. Notify the agent to review MLS data entries and uploads to activate the listing.

17. The transaction coordinator will manage one round of revisions, if necessary.

18. Send an “active” email to the seller, informing them that the property is now active and providing a link to the listing.
